This is the real deal — where a local Thai chef cooks every dish and the owner, who lived in Thailand for many years, runs the space with genuine warmth.
It’s already famous among Seongsu office workers as a lunchtime pho hotspot, often with lines wrapping outside the building. Friends who lived in Thailand insisted I visit, and after my first bite, I knew immediately: ✔️ Potential lifelong regular.

I once worked near this area and tried to visit twice — both times the line was too long. But on the coldest winter evening this year, I happened to walk in exactly at the end of break time, and finally entered without waiting. (The streets were empty that day because of the extreme cold — lucky timing!)

The open kitchen sits right in front, filled with Thai ingredients and spices hanging beautifully. Thai chefs greet you with a cheerful “Sawadee-kap!”, instantly lifting your mood.
On a freezing day, their warm hospitality genuinely felt healing.

The dining area is decorated in a retro Thai style — cozy, warm, and slightly nostalgic. Most tables seat four, but there’s also a perfect two-person table for solo diners like me.
A self-serve station sits in the middle of the hall, complete with Thai seasonings, condiments, and chopsticks. A quirky Thai doll sits on the counter, resembling the owner so much that I actually did a double take.
While refilling my condiments, I chatted briefly with the owner — a kind, motherly figure who told me:
- She lived in Thailand for years
- “Thanon” is the name of her neighborhood there
- “55” was her street number
Suddenly, the brand felt so much more personal.
You can feel the love and honesty poured into this restaurant — something that explains why the place has such a loyal following.

While the official Naver menu is helpful, the in-store tablet menu actually shows more dishes — including many rare Thai regional foods I’d never seen before.

Som Tam Thai (Thai Papaya Salad)

One of my all-time favorite Thai dishes.
Even in winter, when papaya can be flavorless, their Som Tam was outstanding — bright, punchy, savory, slightly sweet, slightly spicy, and incredibly addictive.
The word “som” in Thai means “to pound,” and they really do pound the ingredients together. Maybe that’s why it tastes amazing year-round.
Perfect appetizer for balancing richer noodle dishes.
Thai Curry Beef Tripe Pho (곱창쌀국수)


This is the dish everyone told me to try — and the owner herself came to recommend it again after I ordered.
She explained proudly:
“We use only the best beef tripe, and our broth is based on Thai curry. You won’t find this flavor anywhere else.”
That level of confidence?
It usually means the food is genuinely good — and she was right.
The broth:
- Slightly spicy
- Curry-infused
- Deep and rich
- Comforting but exciting
I added a free plate of cilantro (yes, free refills) and basically ascended into cilantro heaven.
The beef tripe:

- Tender
- Generously portioned
- Clean-tasting
- Perfect with bean sprouts and noodles
If you love Korean gamjatang or gopchang, this dish will absolutely wreck you in the best way — rich, savory, aromatic, and completely satisfying.
Even when I was full, I kept eating the tripe. It was that good.
Hands down one of the best Thai noodle dishes I’ve had in Korea.
Oishi Thai Drink


A sweet, slightly thick fruit drink that reminds me of Korea’s “Coco Palm.”
Too sweet for pairing with food (for me personally), but perfect as a dessert drink after the meal.
The owner handed it to me with a soft, “Try this, you might like it,” in a sweet, half-tsundere way. Adorable.
