The Myeongnan Perilla Oil Noodles came loaded with fresh fish roe atop a mountain of noodles dressed in nutty perilla oil.

Mixing everything thoroughly allowed the flavors to meld perfectly. Each bite was light yet flavorful, and pairing it with a refreshing spoonful of radish soup made the meal even more enjoyable. To our surprise, the set also included tender slices of marinated pork, which added a hearty twist to the meal.

For a unique twist on a classic Korean dish, we tried the Cheese Gukbap. Think of a rich, spicy Korean soup base enhanced by melted cheese for a creamy, mild twist without losing its original spicy kick. The combination was pleasantly surprising and delicious. Adding a spoonful of rice, thin glass noodles, and soft kimchi, every mouthful was a delight, filling us up with warmth and satisfaction.
