Exterior & Interior Atmosphere of Seongsu Burger Restaurant, GTS Burger Seongsu

The glass-front exterior immediately gives off a trendy, Seongsu-style vibe. Even during a slightly late lunch hour, the dining area was already full. While waiting briefly, it’s easy to notice that almost every corner doubles as a photo spot—perfect for casual snaps.

Inside, the youthful energy continues. The space isn’t small for a handmade burger restaurant, yet it fills up quickly. You’ll see solo diners, friends, and couples on casual dates.
Most tables near the windows are set up for two people, while there are a couple of larger tables suitable for groups of four or more. Even dining alone, I was seated comfortably at a larger table when one became available.
Water, sauces, and utensils are available at the self-service station, and orders are placed via a clean, easy-to-use kiosk. An English menu is fully available, making the ordering process smooth for international visitors.
A fun bonus: there’s even a retro two-player joystick arcade game inside, adding a playful touch to the experience.

Food Experience at Seongsu Burger Restaurant, GTS Burger Seongsu

The packaging is clean, stylish, and designed to make handheld burgers easier to eat—but with this much filling, things can still get messy in the best way.

The guacamole bacon cheeseburger arrives loaded. Thick slices of bacon, a juicy patty made from 100% choice-grade beef, melted cheese, and a generous amount of fresh guacamole create a rich, satisfying bite. The sauce is abundant, and while it may drip, it’s absolutely worth it.

Halfway through, I grabbed a plate and fork from the self-service station—no regrets. Every bite was balanced, creamy, and savory.

For sides, I tried the cheese chili meat fries for the first time instead of my usual truffle fries. Covered in thick melted cheese and hearty toppings, it was indulgent and filling—comfort food at its finest.

The milkshake deserves special mention. Lighter and smoother than typical handmade shakes, it sits perfectly between a shake and vanilla ice cream. It’s not overly sweet, making it ideal for sipping or dipping fries and even burgers.

To balance things out, I added the corn salad. Served with a playful shovel-shaped spoon, it was both fun and satisfying. The portion was generous, the corn fresh, and the flavor light—an underrated but highly recommended side.
