The Space of Seongsu Brunch Cafe 37.5 Signature Seongsu: Stylish From 1st to 3rd Floor

37.5 Signature Seongsu takes up an entire three-story building—originally a Korean residential house, now transformed into a trendy multi-level cafe. Each floor has its own personality:
- 1st Floor: Main hall + open kitchen
- 2nd Floor: Cozier rooms and hall seating
- 3rd Floor: Rooftop terrace + private tables
Each floor features large windows, minimalist decor, and lots of natural light—perfect for taking photos or just soaking in the relaxed, airy atmosphere. If you’re planning a brunch date, gathering, or even a solo recharge session, there’s a spot just for you.
Diverse Seating & Welcoming Vibes

After being guided to the last available table on the second floor, we were immediately impressed by the attentive service. The manager noticed we had a toddler with us and quickly replaced one chair with a baby seat — thoughtful touches like this elevate the experience. Looking around, the clientele spanned all age groups. From families with babies to brunch gatherings of older women and couples on casual dates, it was a clear sign of how universally loved this spot is.

Water and napkins are self-service, easily accessible near the entrance. On that particular day, I kept returning for more — probably due to the sunny weather and our nonstop conversations.
Streamlined Ordering Process
Each table features a self-service kiosk, where you can browse the full menu, customize, and pay in advance — seamless and efficient.
The brunch menu at 37.5 Signature Seongsu offers everything from single dishes to full brunch sets. Every item looked so tempting that I found myself wanting to “collect them all.” There’s also a well-curated selection of drinks, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic. Whether you’re in the mood for a refreshing juice, a hot espresso, or a smooth highball, the menu has it all.
One standout feature? The corkage fee for wine is only 20,000 KRW per bottle — surprisingly reasonable considering Seongsu’s typical rates.
What We Ordered
- Earl Grey Cream French Toast – 16,900 KRW
- 37.5 Tteokbokki – 14,900 KRW
- Arancini (3 pcs add-on) – 3,000 KRW
- Mushroom Soup – 6,900 KRW
Let’s just say we underestimated the portions. Had we known the tteokbokki already came with arancini, we wouldn’t have added extra. Something to keep in mind for future visits!
Taste Test & Plating Perfection at Seongsu Brunch Cafe 37.5 Signature Seongsu

The food arrived beautifully plated. This café isn’t just about taste — it’s a visual treat, too.
Mushroom Soup

Incredibly rich, thick, and full of real mushroom chunks. Topped with crispy bread bits, it looked and tasted gourmet. I didn’t expect much but ended up finishing every drop.
37.5 Tteokbokki with Arancini

The rice cakes were chewy and evenly coated in a slightly spicy sauce — mild enough for kids but flavorful enough for adults. The arancini (crispy on the outside, creamy inside) complemented it perfectly. Since we had extra, the staff gladly packed the rest for takeaway in a neat box.
Earl Grey Cream French Toast

The showstopper. The French toast was soft, never dry, and the homemade Earl Grey cream was heavenly — you could smear it on toast, grapes, or just eat it by the spoonful.

Paired with fruits like strawberry, banana, and shine muscat grapes, it was the perfect bite every time. While it comes with maple syrup, the toast was so flavorful that I barely used it.
Final Thoughts
Seongsu is home to countless brunch cafés, and I’ve been to many — but 37.5 Signature Seongsu is truly one of the most memorable. From the impeccable service and spacious layout to the beautifully presented and generously portioned dishes, it checks every box.
The fact that they were so accommodating with a baby, the affordable prices despite the upscale ambiance, and the overall quality made this visit unforgettable. I already plan to return with my parents and boyfriend soon.
If you’re looking for a brunch café in Seongsu that feels premium yet welcoming, trendy yet cozy — 37.5 Signature Seongsu should be at the top of your list.
