Food Review of Konkuk University Restaurant Jangmi Sulsang
Starter:

You’re greeted with sweet cherry tomatoes and spicy pickled peppers—simple, nostalgic, and delicious.
Main Dish – Seoul Bulgogi Jeongol:

Visually stunning with bright red chili peppers and mushrooms blooming like roses. Thinly sliced beef, sweet potato noodles, and enoki mushrooms come together in a rich, savory broth.

Bonus: It’s loaded with mini dumplings! Dipping each bite in the house-made sauce elevated every flavor.
Side Dish – Shrimp & Minari Jeon:

Crispy on the outside, tender and herby on the inside. The shrimp were plump, and the Korean water parsley added a fragrant crunch. A must-order if you’re a fan of Korean pancakes.
