We unknowingly ended up with one lassi per person—and honestly, each cup is like a meal. Creamy, sweet, and milky, almost like the Korean childhood drink “Super Baek” but in lassi form.
Tandoori Chicken & Chicken Tikka

Tandoori chicken arrives grilled over oak charcoal, juicy and smoky with the signature reddish marinade. Squeeze the lemon on top for extra brightness.
Chicken Tikka is the boneless cousin—tender chunks marinated in yogurt and spices, roasted perfectly.
I rarely eat chicken legs, but when it comes to tandoori chicken? I’ll take the leg every time.

Chicken Tikka Masala
A classic tomato-based curry, slightly spicy, rich, and creamy. Perfect for dipping naan endlessly.
Palak Paneer (Spinach & Cheese Curry)

Mild, buttery, and smooth—ideal for those who enjoy vegetarian dishes. The cubes of paneer add a wonderful chewy texture.
Alu Matar (Nepalese Potato & Pea Curry)
This one was the most Korean-friendly: No strong spices, slightly salty, warm, and comforting. The two guys in our group finished it instantly.
Samosa

Made with potatoes, peas, and vegetables wrapped in a thick pastry and deep-fried.
For me? Absolute heaven. For my friends who aren’t used to strong spices? Not so much. If the spices feel too intense, just dip it in chili sauce and it becomes a whole new experience.
Naan Bread

Freshly baked in a charcoal tandoor. Soft, chewy, slightly crisp at the edges—much closer to the naan I remember from India.
