Naru Yakju

Our evening began with a bottle of Naru Yakju, a smooth and lightly sweet traditional Korean liquor from Han River Brewery. Its delicate balance of pear and rice flavors paired effortlessly with the dishes, offering a refreshing start to the meal.

The Potato Pancake was a delightful surprise. This modern twist on the traditional Korean dish featured crispy shredded potato paired with chorizo, prosciutto, and a perfectly cooked soft-boiled egg. The textures and flavors blended beautifully, making every bite a new discovery.

Grilled Eggplant with Tteokgalbi

The Grilled Eggplant with Tteokgalbi was both hearty and sophisticated. The soft, smoky eggplant stuffed with sweet-savory minced beef was complemented by a creamy red pepper sauce and roasted Brussels sprouts. The addition of chewy rice cakes inside the tteokgalbi added an unexpected layer of texture that we couldn’t get enough of.
