Once you step into Mumchum, it’s a total contrast from the bustling Apgujeong streets. The space is crisp white, modern, and quietly luxurious. A warm welcome, plush slippers, and a short wait in the lounge — then you’re escorted into the treatment room. Each room is clean, private, and filled with high-end skincare equipment.
What stood out to me most? The carts of products near every bed were arranged immaculately. The attention to detail at Mumchum is simply on another level.
Customized Consultation & Treatment Process
Upon entry, the first step is a one-on-one consultation with the director. You’re asked about recent skincare routines, concerns, and goals — mine was dryness, uneven tone, and overall dullness. Based on this, Salmon Therapy was recommended.
