Menu

At NaraGuhanDak, each person is required to order at least one menu item.

The signature dish is the authentic Chuncheon-style dakgalbi, but there’s also a popular variation that includes crunchy bean sprouts for added texture.

We opted for two servings of the cheese dakgalbi, where you can dip your chicken in a deliciously melted cheese mixture. You can also customize the spice level, with options ranging from medium-spicy (similar to Shin Ramyun) to extra spicy. We decided on a spice level between medium and extra spicy, which was a great choice.

As your reference, If you visit during lunch, you can enjoy a highly affordable meal with menu options like dakgalbi with fried rice or udon for just 10,500 KRW.

Before the main dish arrives, you’re treated to a refreshing salad, a warm and creamy corn soup, and a bowl of dongchimi (a cold radish soup). The dongchimi, in particular, is served with the perfect amount of ice, adding a delightful chill to the meal.

The quality of the ingredients is guaranteed, with the restaurant using only the highest grade of domestic chicken thigh meat, certified by HACCP. The seasoning is made from seven natural ingredients and four fresh fruits, ensuring a premium, healthy flavor with no artificial additives.

The dakgalbi is cooked with generous portions of fresh vegetables like cabbage, sweet potatoes, and perilla leaves.

The staff carefully prepares and stirs the ingredients, letting you know exactly when each component is ready to eat.

First, we tasted the rice cakes, which were tender and flavorful. Next, we wrapped the perfectly cooked chicken in pickled radish slices and enjoyed the spicy, savory flavor. The heat level was just right—enough to feel a pleasant burn without worrying about an upset stomach the next day.

Once the chicken is cooked, the staff pours a generous amount of mozzarella and cheddar cheese onto the grill. As the cheese melts, you can start dipping your dakgalbi into the gooey mixture.
